1. Acceptance of Terms
By engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Services Provided
Echo Desk provides virtual assistant services including, but not limited to:
- Voice-based customer support (inbound/outbound)
- Appointment setting and calendar management
- Email and inbox management
- Data entry and administrative support
- Call scripting, SOP development, and reporting
All services are delivered remotely and managed locally in Australia.
Services may evolve over time. Any new offerings will be communicated via our website or direct client updates.
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
- Provide accurate and timely information
- Maintain access to necessary tools or platforms
- Treat Echo Desk with respect and professionalism
- Comply with applicable laws and regulations
4. Payment Terms
- Services are billed in advance on monthly basis.
- Invoice are issued via email and payable within 7 days unless otherwise agreed.
- Late payments may result in service suspension.
- All prices are in AUD and inclusive of GST unless otherwise stated.
- Payments can be made via bank transfer or as stated in the invoice.
5. Confidentiality
All Echo Desk VA contractors are trained in data privacy and bound by strict confidentiality agreements. We do not share client data without explict consent.
6. Data Security & Privacy
We comply with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs). For more details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
7. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all materials created by Echo Desk during the course of service (e.g. call scripts, templates) become the property of the client upon full payment.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate services with 14 days’ written notice. Echo Desk reserves the right to terminate immediately in cases of abuse, non-payment, or breach of terms.
If services are terminated mid-cycle, any unused portion may be refunded at Echo Desk's discretion.
9. Limitation of Liability
Echo Desk is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the preceding 30 days.
This limitation applies to all claims, whether based on contract, tort, or otherwise.
10. Amendments
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
