Leo Caguimbal — Founder & Director
Based on the Gold Coast, Leo brings a thoughtful, hands-on approach to leading Echo Desk. Originally trained as a Civil Engineer, his professional journey has always been guided by a passion for problem-solving and client service. After moving to Australia over four years ago, Leo combined his early experience in customer service with his love of systems and efficiency to build a business that helps others do more with less.
A family man and tech enthusiast at heart, Leo is methodical, genuine, and committed to building strong, transparent relationships—with clients and with Echo Desk’s offshore delivery team.
Myra Macaspac— Co-Founder & Operations Lead (Philippines)
Based in the Philippines, Myra leads the heart of Echo Desk’s service delivery. With a background in Industrial Engineering and years of experience streamlining workflows in manufacturing, she brings razor-sharp process thinking to every aspect of the business.
Before stepping into entrepreneurship, Myra managed high-performing call centre teams, developing deep expertise in outbound calling, admin support, and remote service operations. Today, she uses that experience to guide Echo Desk’s support professionals with empathy, precision, and a deep understanding of what excellent service really means.
As a mum and business partner, Myra balances leadership with heart—building Echo Desk’s offshore team into a tight-knit, professional unit that delivers consistent, compliant support to Australian SMEs.
